If you are interested in enrolling your child in Scottsville Road Baptist Preschool, please fill out this enrollment form.  In order to be placed on the waiting list, there is a non-refundable $30.00 fee.  This waiting fee will be used toward registration when your child is placed in the preschool.

If you are interested in working at Scottsville Road Baptist preschool, please fill out the Employment Application and the crime check form.  In Kentucky, it is the law we run criminal checks on potential employees.  Scottsville Road Preschool also requires drug screening.
